How do I export my user's data from my console?
I know that I can export graphical data regarding community activity, but I want to export a list of my users. What's the best way to do this?
You can easily export a list of users in your AnswerHub site by doing the following:
- Click the Site tab, in your admin console.
- Click Import/Export Data, in the sidebar block.
- Click the subtab labeled Export.
- Select either xml, json, or csv, depending on the file format you want.
- Click the link titled Click to download.
- Open the downloaded file with a program such as Mac's TextEdit or Microsoft Excel.
- Save the file at the desired location of your computer.
