What is the Navigations Settings part of my console for?

By clicking on Navigation Settings, in the sidebar block of your console's Site page, you can choose how many posts, awards, private messages, etc. appear on a single page. In general, larger numbers mean longer load times; but smaller numbers mean more pages, which can annoy users hoping to skim a large amount of data quickly.
