To delete a user’s external application, follow these steps:

Prerequisite: You must have Administrator, Register TeamHub Applications , or Register TeamHub Applications for Other Users permissions to perform this task.

Locate and click on the user’s username from anywhere on your AnswerHub site.

Result: The Profile User Interface (UI) screen is displayed.
Click the Edit () button.

Result: The [user] – Preferences UI is displayed with the Details tab pre-selected.
Select the Manage Applications tab.

Result: The Manage Applications tab is displayed.
Locate and select the external application to delete.

Result: The Editing Application ([application name]) screen is displayed.

Note: Deleting a user’s external application cannot be undone.
Click the Delete () button.

Result: The external application is not longer displayed on the My TeamHub Apps screen.
