If you would like content to be sent to moderation before being published on your AnswerHub site, you will need to revoke certain permissions from your users.

To automatically send content to moderation, follow these steps:

Prerequisite: You must have Administrator or Super User permissions to perform this task.

From your AnswerHub site, click the Avatar () drop-down menu and select Administration.

Result: The Administrator Dashboard is displayed.
Select the Users & Groups tab.

Result: The Users & Groups Summary pane is displayed.
In the Groups box, click the Manage Groups link.

Result: The Manage Groups pane is displayed.
Locate the group of users that you would like to have their content sent directly to moderation.
Click the Permissions link next to the group’s name on the table.

Result: The Permissions – [group name] pane is displayed.
Click the please click here link above the table to edit individual group permissions.

Result: The Advanced Editor pane is displayed.
Locate the content type(s) that you would like to have automatically sent to moderation.
Click the Status drop-down menu beside the permission, and select Revoke.
Click the Submit () button.

Result: A green bar that reads Roles saved successfully is displayed at the top of the Permissions – [group name] pane.
