You may have to revoke a user’s Moderation permissions for various reasons, such as a position
change within your community or organization, leaving your AnswerHub community,
or abuse of power.
To revoke a user’s Moderation permissions, do the following:

Prerequisite: You must
have
Administrator or Super User permissions to perform this
task.
- From your AnswerHub site, click the Avatar (
) drop-down menu and select Administration.
Result: The Administrator Dashboard is displayed.

Select the
Users & Groups tab.
Result: The Users & Groups Summary pane is displayed.
- In the Users
box, click the Manage Users link.
Result: The Manage Users pane is displayed.
- Locate and select the user you would like to revoke
Moderation permissions from.
Result: The Viewing [username] pane is displayed.
- Click the Edit
Permissions
link.
Result: The Permissions – [username] pane is displayed.
- Click the gear (
) icon under the site name in the
table and select
Revoke all from the
drop-down menu.
Result: The Revoke all window is displayed.
- Select the
Moderation roles
checkbox.
- Click the Ok
(
) button.
Result: The Moderation roles will read All revoked and turn red in the table.
