Export Analytics
From the TeamHub
Analytics
pane, and the TeamHub
Actions
, Users, Contents, and [plugin] panes, you can export the analytics from your AnswerHub site
the same way.
To export analytics, follow these steps:
To export analytics, follow these steps:
- From the Analytics
tab of the Administrator Dashboard,
select the analytics type to export from the following options in the
Analytics sidebar:
Result: The TeamHub [analytics type] Analytics pane is displayed.- Analytics
- Actions
- Users
- Content
- [plugin]
- Select the date range to export from the
following options:
Result: The analytics for the date range are displayed.- Week
- Month
- Year
- Locate the analytics type to export, and click
the
export this data link.
Result: The analytics type’s section is expanded, and the export options are displayed.
- Choose from the following export options:
- Export complete data
- Export graph data only
- Click on the export file type from the following
options:
Result: The Export Status pane is displayed in the Site tab with a blue status bar.- xml
- json
- csv
- After the blue status bar is full, click the Click to download link at the top of
the pane.
Result: The analytics data is exported to your computer.
