To remove a user’s authentication modes, follow these steps:

From the Users & Groups tab of the Administrator Dashboard , select Manage Users from the Users sidebar.

Result: The Manage Users pane is displayed.
In the Find field, enter the first characters of the user’s username or email address.

Note: To find a deactivated user, select the Find Deactivated User checkbox before searching.

Result: A list of users whose username or password begins with the entered letters is displayed in a drop-down below the Find search bar.
Select the user to edit.

Result: The Viewing [username] pane is displayed.

Note: You can also access this pane by clicking the user’s Username from the Manage Users table, or by clicking the Gear () icon from the Manage Users table and selecting Edit from the drop-down menu.
Click the Authentication Modes section.

Result: The Authentication Modes section is expanded, and any authentication modes that a user has added or been assigned are displayed.
Locate the authentication mode to remove and click the remove link to the right of the authentication mode’s key.

Result: The Are you sure? window is displayed.
Click the Yes () button.

Result: The Viewing [username] pane is displayed with the Account Information section expanded, and a green bar that reads Authentication mode successfully deleted. is displayed at the top of the pane.
