To move or edit the information in a space, follow these steps:

From the Site tab of the Administrator Dashboard, select Manage Spaces from the Navigation sidebar.

Result: The Manage Spaces pane is displayed.
Locate the space you want to move or edit and in the rightmost column of that row, and click the Edit link.
In the Name field, edit the name of the space.
To nest the space within another space, click the Parent Space drop-down menu and select the space to nest it in.
To add an icon to the space, click the Choose File () button.

Result: Your computer’s File Manager is displayed.
Select the icon’s file from your file manager.

Result: The icon’s filename is displayed beside the Choose File () button.
Optional: Select the Reset to default checkbox to delete the currently selected icon and replace it with the AnswerHub default.
Enter a description of the space in the Description field.
To further customize your space, click Advanced Settings.

Result: The Advanced Settings section is expanded.
In the Additional CSS field, enter any Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) formatting that you want to be in effect for the space.
To prevent the space from being displayed in a content list or on the AnswerHub index page, select the Hide content on this space from content lists checkbox.

Best Practice: We suggest you check this box for the Help space since the content there is related to AnswerHub and is often not pertinent to your site’s community discussions.
To prevent the space from being displayed in content drop-down lists on your AnswerHub site, select the Exclude from navigation checkbox.
To determine where in a list your space will be displayed, enter a weight in the Navigation weight field.

Note: Lower numbers will float up, while higher numbers sink down the list.
Click the Space Language drop-down menu, and select the search index language for the space.

Note: This option determines the search language for the new space, not the AnswerHub User Interface (UI).
Click the Save () button.

Result: The Manage Spaces pane is displayed.
