- Blocker- Your community cannot function until the problem is fixed.
For example: None of your users can log in.- Critical- Critical loss of functionality.
For example: Crashes, loss of data, or severe memory leak.- Major- Problem that is not in a state of emergency but still a high priority to fix.
- Normal- There is no rush on the fix and going through normal process is acceptable.
- Minor- Minor loss of functionality, or a problem where an easy workaround is present.
- Trivial- Not a pressing issue or concern, and can be backlogged if need be.
