There are two approaches to performing a search on your AnswerHub site:
- Simple search- A search that uses one or more words, separated by spaces.
For example: Enter email notifications to perform a search for email, notifications, or email notifications.
- Refined search-You can refine your search by adding different symbols (+, -, [, or ]) to your search.
For example:
• Entering Email +notifications in the search bar returns results that include email and notifications, but notifications is a required term.
• Entering Email -notifications in the search bar returns results that include the term email, but excludes any that contain the term notifications.
• Entering [Email] in the search bar returns only results that are tagged with the email topic.
• Entering [Email] [notifications] in the search bar returns only results that are tagged with the email and notifications topics.
